Mission Job Description The Military Personnel Specialist serves as a subject matter expert and program manager
within the STARCOM S1K Military Personnel Division, supporting STARCOM Officer and
Enlisted assignment, promotion, career development, and talent management programs
under the direction of the S1K Division Chief. Additionally, this position is responsible for
the planning and execution of Air Force and Space Force promotion board operations for
the command.
